A building or demolition permit application must be submitted if you plan to complete any construction at your property. This includes adding to, moving, or removing a structure on your property.

Please note: if you have hired a contractor who has obtained a permit on your behalf, it is still your responsibility as the property owner to ensure the work is compliant with all other Government Regulations.
