By signing this form, I agree to the following conditions for the rental of the Town Hall in Elliston, Newfoundland:

  1. I will pay the rental fee of $50 in advance for a child/youth function, or the rental fee of $75 in advance for an adult function.
  2. I will be responsible for any damage to the Town Hall occurring during the rental time.
  3. I will ensure that there will be no smoking in the Town Hall during the rental time.
  4. I will clean up the Town Hall after use.
